2. Achieving goals through successful communication
Good, clear and understandable communication – verbal and non-verbal communication – is a core element of successful work. Because: Only when topics, ideas and proposals are communicated in a comprehensible way they can be successfully implemented. That helps to better motivate and activate the other person and lead to successful implementation. For one’s own work, good relationships also mean a positive working atmosphere as well as higher motivation and performance.
In this training, participants learn methods of relationship-oriented communication. They train conversation techniques and sharpen their sense of how to communicate in a and goal-oriented way.
We offer two training formats for your success:
A) Four compact modules of 3 hours each.
B) Two one-day trainings of 6 hours each
