With a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a master’s degree in development studies, Anna brings with her a keen interest in social processes and international and national cooperation. Through early stays in southern Africa and the focus of her studies on the African continent, she developed a deep understanding of global interdependencies and cultural diversity, which she now also brings to bear in national contexts.

Since November 2025, Anna has been supporting the daily work of the Andreas Hermes Academy at the interface of organization, coordination, and content implementation as an assistant to the management with a sense of responsibility and great enthusiasm for collaboration.
