As a trainee, Felix is enjoying the opportunity to get to know many areas of the Andreas Hermes Akademie. After graduating in agricultural economics and participating in the 49th TOP course, his new tasks include working in international cooperation and organizing the 50th TOP course.

Felix is already well connected in the agricultural and food industry and would also like to promote networking between urban and rural areas in the dialogue team. For him, it’s about building bridges instead of going with the flow.
