Michael Tigges has more than 40 years of experience in the IT world, making him a versatile expert and driver of innovation. His career is characterized by the founding of several successful start-ups, his work in various management positions – including as managing director and IT manager – and his many years of work as a software developer in the banking sector. The latter in particular gave him valuable insights into this complex industry.

Before Michael joined the Andreas Hermes Akademie (AHA) as Digital Manager in October 2023, he already supported the team on a freelance basis. During this time, he took care of the homepage and its hosting as well as the newsletter. In his current role at the AHA, Michael brings his passion for technology and his sense for digital trends to support the development of innovative digital solutions.
