Sophie grew up in Austria and Cameroon and developed a strong international perspective through extended stays in Italy, France, and Spain. After studying Political Science with a focus on European politics as well as cultural policy and management, she gained professional experience at the United Nations, GIZ, in consulting, and at Deloitte. She has been working at the Andreas Hermes Academy since September 2025. She initially joined as Executive Assistant to the Management and has been part of the International Team since December 2025, where she contributes her organizational skills, openness, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
