Marietheres Förster is responsible for all topics and offers relating to training and public communication. She always finds the best possible training for everyone, tailored to their personal challenges. And because Marietheres does this better than anyone else, she has been with the Andreas Hermes Academy since 2001. Before that, she was a speaker at the German Farmers’ Association and managing director of various green industry associations – so it’s fair to say that she knows her way around working in associations. She is an agricultural scientist and grew up on a family farm. Marietheres knows what she is talking about.
