For Charlotte Peters, farming is a passion that has had a strong impact on her from an early age due to her close roots with her family’s farm. She is particularly enthusiastic about the diversity of site-adapted farming and the use of modern technology. She has turned her fascination for agricultural machinery into a career and works in agricultural technology. Charlotte also works internationally as a trainer for the Andreas Hermes Akademie. Her focus is on the development of farms and organizations. Currently, Charlotte is accompanying farmers’ organizations in West Africa, on their journey to build a site adapted mechanisation service for their members.
